Our authenticity check
Every item we offer first undergoes an authentication process. In this process, we check and verify the authenticity, quality, and condition of the item.
Based on our more than 10 years of experience with designer items from Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Dior and Prada, we have slowly and steadily built up a solid expertise.
Every brand, every season, and therefore ultimately every model has different characteristics that distinguish an original from a counterfeit.
What matters?
What's important here is not just the bag's appearance, the workmanship of the seams, or the hardware, but also, and especially, its feel. Particularly with classic models like the Louis Vuitton Speedy or the Chanel Timeless, due to high demand, there are now so-called super-fakes that differ only minimally from an original.
Naturally, we regularly expand our expertise with new information and insights about the latest models and collections.
For this reason, we take our time with authentication, as we allow no margin for error. In very rare and complex cases, we also bring in an external expert to guarantee absolute transparency and security.
