Payment options
We offer a wide range of payment options for purchases made through our website. Once we receive your payment, we immediately prepare your order for shipment. We often ship on the same day, and at the latest within 3 business days.
PayPal
Paypal, as an external payment provider, offers both payment via credit card or direct deduction of the purchase price from your account.
credit cards
When paying via credit card, after successfully entering the payment details into the input form, you will be automatically redirected back to our shop and the payment will be confirmed!
Bank transfer (prepayment)
We will send you our bank details by email after you complete your order. Please transfer the purchase amount within 3 business days. If we have not received payment after 7 business days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping conditions
We ship with DHL to ensure your shipments arrive quickly and reliably!
We ship to the delivery address you provided during the ordering process. For deliveries outside the EU, additional costs may apply upon import (customs duties, possible customs fees, import VAT, etc.). These costs, the exact amount of which the buyer can inquire about at the relevant customs office, are borne by the buyer.
The stated delivery times are standard delivery times, but may vary in individual cases. You will receive a tracking number for every order, which you can use to track your shipment directly!
