Sell to us
Sell your item directly to us. This is the easiest way to sell and ideal if you prefer a quick sale. Simply send us photos of your pre-loved luxury items. We'll inspect the items and make you a preliminary offer. If you accept, you send us the items. After receiving and inspecting the items, we'll transfer the purchase price to you. Our goal is to simplify the selling process for you and make you a fair offer. An offer is typically valid for 3 days.
Exchange with us
A win-win situation! Just like with a direct sale, you send your items to us. If you already have your dream bag in mind, let us know and we'll reserve it for you for up to 3 days until your items arrive. After we've inspected and authenticated* them, we'll make you an offer. You can then apply the amount directly towards your new bag, and we'll send your new pre-loved item to you.
On commission
Just like with the other two options, you send the items to us first. We check and authenticate* them and let you know what market value we would estimate. Of course, you can also agree on a price together. We take care of the rest, offering and advertising the item for up to 6 months. Approximately 14 days after the item is successfully sold, we will transfer the sale price to you, minus our commission**.
*Please note:
We will contact you within 48 hours with an initial assessment. We can only make a final offer after we have inspected the item. After we receive the item, it takes 5-7 business days to authenticate
and verify it before processing your final payment.
If your item has serious damage that was not described or is found to be inauthentic, it is your responsibility
to arrange for the item to be collected.
