Are all items at The Luxury Cabinet guaranteed to be original?

All items we offer have been thoroughly checked for authenticity. Every brand and model has its own unique characteristics and special attributes, which we can identify through extensive experience and research. Nevertheless, to be on the safe side against potential superfakes (i.e., particularly good and authentic-looking counterfeits), we obtain a second opinion from recognized specialists for certain models.

Will I receive a certificate from you?

Can I return an item?

Of course, you can return an item to us within 14 days of receiving your delivery. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, and all tags must still be attached. We will issue a refund to the original payment method within 4 business days of receiving the returned item. Returns are not accepted for items picked up in person.

How do I sell my item to you?

We offer several ways to sell an item. Please send us photos and further information via our form.

Commission:
You send us your item, we take care of listing and selling it.

Purchase:
We are particularly happy to purchase classic and special items directly.

Trade-ins:
Have you found something you particularly like and also have something you'd like to sell? We're happy to take your items in part exchange and credit the price towards your purchase. Of course, this is also possible if there's a difference in price – we'll either pay it out or you can pay it using one of our many payment methods.
